How to Report a bug

You can either login anonymously or sign up to create an account. The plus to creating an account is you are able to follow up with your particular issue.

Next click on "REPORT ISSUE"

Then you need to fill out everything that has a red star * next to it.

For "CATEGORY" you have two choices:

Backend (Process): Something that happens automatically on the website. For example the photo of the day winners are chosen automatically. If you think that there is an error in that process you'd select backend as the Category.

Interface (Website): This is an error on the website that you can directly create. For example the full screen not opening like it should.

Along with "CATEGORY", you need to write up a short "SUMMARY", "DESCRIPTION", chose your "OPERATING SYSTEM", "BROWSER" and "LOCATION".

We also needs you to please include the steps you took that made you come across the error so he can reproduce the same one. It gives him a better understanding on what he needs to fix. You can document these steps in the "STEPS TO REPRODUCE" box.

The bug tracking system (Mantis) is also a great place to put in requests for new features. To request a new feature you still click on "REPORT ISSUE". But this time under "SEVERITY" you change the scroll down to "FEATURE" and do not need to include the "STEPS TO REPRODUCE".
