We recently asked the opinion of our members about nudity and specific photos which have been submitted to our site. We received a lot of input through our customer support email box, as well as comments which were posted in our forums. Based on your input, we have formed a new policy regarding nudity. After that time, we will not accept any new photos that our judges deem to be pornographic, obscene or explicit. The definition of pornographic will extend to any photo that depicts abject violence or people engaged in sexual acts, as well as any naked bodies except for those which cover any objectionable body parts, and can truly be deemed artistic. Any photo which has been uploaded onto FotoFanatic.com which falls into those categories will be removed. We will be working with the photographers who have already submitted photos which fit into that categories to remove the photos.

We have taken this stand because FotoFanatic.com is a public access site, with no way for us to patrol if the site is being viewed by minors. We appreciate your help in making this very difficult decision, and appreciate your support of our new policy.
